Terms of use

These terms apply to the free ZEIGBIKE account and non-binding preorders.

1. Provider and scope

The provider is mywerk system GmbH, Potsdamer Str. 81, 14542 Werder (Havel), Germany, represented by Robert Bastubbe. These terms govern free accounts and non-binding preorder requests at zeigbike.com. Contact us through the form linked below or by post. Individual agreements and mandatory consumer rights take precedence.

2. Account and access

Registration is for adults. Provide accurate information and an email address you control. Activation requires acceptance of these terms, acknowledgment of the privacy notice and verification of the email address. For Gmail addresses and Google-confirmed Workspace accounts, validated Google verification replaces the email code. For Sign in with Apple, server-validated Apple verification of the email address also replaces the email code, including private relay addresses. Google accounts with other email addresses for which Google is not authoritative, and email/password registrations, still require the code. Google and Apple are optional sign-in methods when available. Keep credentials and codes confidential and report unauthorized access promptly.

3. Current service

A new account has no tracker, vehicle or location data. Devices appear only after separate assignment. Registration or preordering does not activate hardware, tracking, push alerts or AgentLink. Admin demo data is not customer data. Product descriptions explain the intended offer; paid services require a separate contract.

4. Preorders and prices

“Non-binding preorder” records interest, not a binding purchase offer. The free request can be withdrawn by contacting us. No payment is collected or delivery date promised. The intended price is €99 including VAT for tracker, eSIM and twelve months Protect; first-year Plus adds €30. Subsequent intended rates are Protect €39.90/year or Plus €69.90/year. A binding purchase requires a separate offer and express order with delivery, term, cancellation and withdrawal information.

5. Permitted tracking and sharing

Future tracking features are only for bikes you own or are authorized to use. Inform affected riders and respect their rights. Covert surveillance, stalking and abusive location sharing are prohibited. Share location or police links only with authorized recipients. AgentLink and third-party access require a separate, limited authorization. Do not bypass access controls.

6. Technical limits and safety

Location, indoor detection and notifications depend on reception, power, configuration and operating system. They can be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable. Crash detection is not an emergency service; theft alerts do not prevent theft. BikeKey controls electronic protection and does not automatically open every mechanical lock. CAN data depends on the bike, interface and manufacturer authorization. Diagnostic and AI suggestions do not replace professional safety checks or maintenance.

7. Termination, liability and changes

You may end the free account and request deletion at any time through our contact channel, subject to statutory retention. Access may be proportionately restricted for specific abuse or security risks; where possible we notify you and allow clarification. Statutory liability applies, including injury, intent, gross negligence and product liability. Changes will be communicated; silence is not acceptance. German law applies without removing mandatory protections in a consumer’s country of habitual residence.

8. Your bike and component photos

Only upload your own photos or images for which you hold the rights needed to store and process them in the portal. Respect the rights of others. We use the images solely to provide the photo features you choose, including your private bike profile, background-removal preview and component archive. This does not grant permission for publication, advertising or AI model training. You can delete stored photos in the portal. Processing and retention are described in the privacy notice.
